At our location in Dortmund, we have a full-time vacancy for nanofabrication and characterization systems as soon as possible to fill as
Project Management Officer (m/f/d)
- Definition and implementation of standards for an effective project management globally, including a global reporting structure
- High level support of major multi-site projects, training of project management methodologies and mentoring for Raith project managers worldwide
- Project management support for development projects within our strategic initiatives
- Initiation and management of funded projects with external partners
- Implementation and moderation of best practice sharing for project related topics
- Screening of funding opportunities within our core markets in collaboration with our global product management
- Technical university degree, work experience in a global environment and in people management
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Solid know how in business processes in an industrial environment
- Experience in collaboration with internal business units and external suppliers or customers
- Excellent in negotiation, active listening and moderation skills
- Practical knowledge as a line manager for e.g. a small team is a big plus
- Occasional business trips required
- Fluent in English
