In this role, you will be an influential HR Business Partner to functional leaders and teams and part of the extended leadership team. You will ensure business goals, objectives and initiatives are supported through the execution of HR strategies, policies and procedures and promote a shared understanding of organizational values, operating principles, and cultural change imperatives.
This is a fixed term position, maternity cover, till June 2026.
- Executes the People & Culture strategy for Germany by serving as an HR business partner to assigned functional and regional stakeholders.
- Repre sents the HR function across stakeholders.
- First point of contact in HR related matters within the business unit.
- Facilitates coaching and team workshops to drive organisational effectiveness and collaboration.
- Champions our people first culture throughout the employee life-cycle, including but not limited to: recruitment, development, performance and talent management, engagement and culture initiatives.
- Ensures uniform and equitable application of organisational policies and procedures including investigation and resolution of employee issues.
- Partners with global centres of excellence to deliver key initiatives across Organisational Performance & Learning, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning.
- Engages regularly with teams to create a positive and productive employee relations environment. Handles sensitive employee relations issues to ensure proper process and follow-up actions are completed.
- Partners with the HR Director to support succession planning, organizational design and talent development.
- Actively leads by example to create an environment of inclusive leadership.
- 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar position, with demonstrated experience aligning HR initiatives to business needs
- Good knowledge of German employment law
- Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels and across cultures
- Business fluent German and English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
