Now we are setting our sights on the Dutch market, and we are looking for a driven Account Executive to help us do so. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and actively contribute to Packiro's growth in the Netherlands. Together with our ambitious sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and further positioning Packiro as the partner for innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.


What will you do as an Account Executive?

  • Pioneer in the Dutch market: You will be responsible for making the Netherlands a success story by attracting new customers and following up on existing leads.
  • Tailor-made packaging solutions: You understand the needs of companies in various sectors, such as coffee, pet food, food and sports supplements and many more, and translate these into tailor-made packaging solutions.
  • Build network: You attend trade shows, innovation days and start-up events, and actively seek out new opportunities and prospects.
  • Developing expertise: You develop yourself as a specialist in sustainable packaging and build your reputation as an expert in the market.
  • CRM management: Our CRM system is the beating heart of our organisation. You know how to make optimal use of it and make sure it is always up-to-date.

  • You have at least 3-4 years' experience in sales, with a strong focus on new business.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mentality and see opportunities everywhere.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is not necessary! We will ensure that you quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
  • You have experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Living near Cologne is a plus
