We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative, based in Cologne (Germany).
- Qualify existing prospects: By phone or email and guide them towards the first purchase.
- Use Salesforce to process your inbound leads in a structured way and manage your sales funnel independently.
- Help our PACK'Heroes to continually optimise our data-driven sales processes and use relevant key performance indicators.
- By using relevant monitoring tools (dashboards, reports, KPIs), you will always have an eye on your performance (lead conversion and sales) in the future and will proactively discover potential for improvement.
- Be curious, leverage other lead generation opportunities such as sector events, trade shows or individual industry networks to bring new prospects into our sales funnel
- Report all aligned KPIs to your manager on a weekly basis and discuss possible optimisation measures together
- At least 3 years' professional experience in inside sales or a similar field in which you have been able to familiarise yourself with (digital) sales processes and their control
- Experience of Salesforce or similar CRM for inside sales is desirable
- A sales mindset focused on key performance indicators and analytical thinking
- You enjoy setting up and improving new sales processes (including KPIs, dashboards and reports to monitor your own performance)
- Very good written and spoken English and French, additional language skills are an advantage (German is a plus)
- No deeper packaging expertise? No problem! We're looking for commercial talent and will take you step-by-step through the subject of packaging
