To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across international markets. Join a creative and committed team at Biogents AG, where innovation meets sustainability.


Social Media (main focus):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to international audiences, particularly in France, Italy, Spain, and Germany:

- End Consumers on platforms like Facebook and Instagram

- Professional Markets through LinkedIn, emphasizing partnerships and industry engagement

- Research Communities on Twitter, focusing on sharing scientific insights and fostering collaborations

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all platforms, including blogs
  • Engage authentically with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report insights to the marketing team

Marketing Support:

Contribute to a wide range of marketing activities, including:

Content Creation: Develop compelling texts for various media, including marketing messages, claims, and campaigns

Digital Marketing: Design online advertisements, craft e-mail campaigns, and assist in maintaining and updating web pages


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French, English, and German (both written and spoken)
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with relevant experience in Social Media and Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, particularly within the end consumer market
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Preferred: Experience with InDesign
  • Stylish writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing content
  • A strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and thematic development
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • High level of motivation, commitment, and flexibility, with the ability to work under pressure and take the initiative
  • Preparedness and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new platforms and tools
