Job Title: Sales Account Manager – Existing Business Sales

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a sales and results-driven Sales Account Manager – Existing Business Sales to join our team, specializing in solutions within the domain, security, brand protection, and fraud prevention space. Based in Germany (Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt).
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital branding to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and drive overall revenue growth.

1. Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients across Germany, providing consultative support to enhance their digital brand strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to help clients protect and grow their digital presence.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging our solutions for domain management, brand protection, and online security.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for existing business.
2. Client Retention and Digital Strategy Consulting
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients improve their digital brand and security strategies.
  • Proactively address client challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
3. Strategic Collaboration and Insights
  • Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless and impactful client experiences.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging threats in digital branding and online security to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Share insights from client interactions to help shape product enhancements and marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or consulting, ideally within digital branding, domain management, or online security.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in client-facing roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital brand management, online security, and industry trends is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at building long-term client relationships.
