Market Research Manager (d/f/m)

(Part-Time 24h/week, 10-Month Maternity Cover)

About the Role

As part of our Brand & Strategy Team within Marketing & Communication, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven audience insights to support business decisions. Join a dynamic team dedicated to creativity, innovation, and delivering results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Market Research Projects: Independently manage and execute qualitative and quantitative market research studies, including campaign and ad testing. Tasks include briefing research agencies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and reviewing study results.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Analyse research findings to provide business-relevant recommendations. Effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams to inform decision-making.
  • Collect and Analyse Insights: Gather and evaluate data from primary and secondary sources, such as research panels, databases, and desk research, to address business and brand-related questions. Share key insights and findings continuously with relevant teams
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the Brand & Strategy Team with project-based tasks in daily business.


Your Profile

  • You have hands-on experience in market research and a strong analytical mindset.
  • You are passionate about leveraging data- and research-driven insights to guide marketing and communication decisions.
  • You excel in managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams
