Operations Analyst (m/f/d) - Bentley Motors Europe
Main Goals and Objectives
Bentley Motors Ltd. are looking for an Operations Analyst (m/f/d), located in the European Office in Hallbergmoos (Munich area). The Operations Analyst (m/f/d) role supports the regional team with analysis, insights and reporting alongside operational support for the Sales, Aftersales and CRM tasks.
- Coordinate and consolidate weekly forecast submissions
- Preparation of performance management reports and Global Sales Review content
- Manage the Variable Margin program for retailers
- Performance tracking and reporting for KPIs
- Prepare, communicate and track performance programs
- Support the development of the regional CRM strategy
- ORBIT data analysis and coordination
- Manage periodical data cleanse initiatives and lead on data quality standards
- Strong numerate and analytical skills
- Experience of data analysis and planning with complex scenarios with multiple dependencies
- Experience of managing an operational process
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills with an ability to influence
- Experience of Project Management / delivering process improvements to specify, design, test and implement a solution
- Willing to travel extensively on company business overseas and across the region
- Excellent language skills in English and German are essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Logical approach and process orientated
- Ability to prioritise and balance different requirements
- Organised and self-motivated
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
