Resycure is changing how the world recycles. Our B2B marketplace connects recyclers, packaging converters, and brand owners, making sustainable practices more accessible and scalable. Backed by Chemovator (BASF's incubator), we're on track to reshape global recycling!
As our Operations & Administrative Manager, you'll streamline daily operations, manage high-value international transactions, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee cross-border transactions (€100,000+) from start to finish
- Manage complex framework agreements and purchase orders
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for sample shipments, material orders, and partner interactions
- Validate data and ensure complete, accurate and structured documentation
- Design, implement and execute operational processes and workflows
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with Product, Packaging, and Sales teams on client projects
- Maintain detailed workflows, ensuring projects run on time and on budget
- Collect relevant documentation and sample material, request external testing with our laboratory partners for missing data.
- Support the creation of Resycure material recommendations, supplier materials proposed and their pricing
- Steering:
- Work closely with the founders, in a multi-project environment, ensuring fulfilment and opportunities to optimize performance
- Responsible for a range of enterprise administration tasks including financial processes, logistics workflows and project management
- Maintain and update performance /KPI dashboards, providing accurate reporting and actionable analysis
- Passion for sustainability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven experience in B2B operations management (ideally in trading, marketplace, or similar sectors)
- Advanced proficiency and affinity with digital tools and business software
- A track record of maintaining high operational standards
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Material Sciences, or a related field
- Strong German and English language skills (for client communication and legal tasks)
- Familiarity with Recycling, Packaging, or CPG industries is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
