We are seeking a dynamic Manager of New Business Strategy and Projects to join our global new business team. In this newly created role, you will drive growth initiatives by supporting strategy development, gathering market intelligence, and implementing governance across projects. With these activities, you immerse yourself in a challenging and inspiring environment with engaged teams and high visibility by taking over the following key responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Analyze market opportunities and assess the feasibility of new business concepts to support strategy development

Performance Management: Translate strategy into actionable targets and regularly review performance against these targets

Cross-Project Governance: Facilitate steering committee meetings in an international setting, define and implement core processes for project governance

Project Management: Lead strategic projects related to investment opportunities, feasibility studies, and high-stakes situations in existing programs

Decision Preparation: Create impactful presentations (e.g., steering committee documents) for functional leaders and the Management Board

Master's or comparable university degree in business administration, technical studies or related fields with outstanding results

Relevant internship or work experience in demanding environments such as management consulting, corporate strategy/development, major projects or related fields

Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with a can-do attitude and personal resilience

Proven track record in project management

Curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international senior stakeholders

Experience in an international setting

Fluent written and spoken English and German, Chinese is a plus
