Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to sales processes.

Process Analysis and process mining: Evaluate existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Use data-driven insights to support your recommendations.

System Design: Work with Technical product owners to design and implement technology solutions that streamline sales processes, including CRM systems and customer frontend applications.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Enablement: Enable business stakeholders with the e2e process understanding on consult on implications whenever changes on the process are foreseen.

Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to sales process improvements, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and CRM software (e.g. SAP S4/Hana and Salesforce), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI), and project management software.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
