We are looking for a proactive Steinbeis student (Dual Master program) to support the marketing and community management of the ZEISS Business Partner Program. Working closely with the Manager Marketing & Digital, you will contribute to enhancing business benefits, creating marketing tools, and assisting local teams in rolling out these benefits globally. Your tasks will be:

Support in developing and implementing retail marketing and branding strategies to enable the long-term business success of our ZEISS Business Partner Program participants

Support in developing and implementing global campaigns and business benefits over all touchpoints and in all markets, ensuring global consistency and regional efficiency

Take on operational tasks idependently, such as the social media channel management of ZEISS VISION CENTER and the digital marketing support for these premium customers

Prepare reports and KPI analyses to support performance tracking

Support the management and development of the ZEISS VISION CENTER community and ensure an ongoing experience sharing among the group

Plan, implement and optimize community mailings for the ZEISS VISION CENTER owners around the world

Develop an editorial plan for continuous communication and implement the automated processing of communication measures

Operate within a global corporate matrix, coordinate projects cross-functionally and ensure alignment with local teams and agencies

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Communication, with a interest in pursuing a dual Master program in collaboration with Steinbeis

Work Experience or initial marketing skills, especially in digital marketing

Strong organizational and communication skills, paired with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset

Strategic thinking as well as strategy development skills

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English, written and verbal
