As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be able to drive sales initiatives in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Working closely with top-tier Pharma companies, you'll be pivotal in shaping partnerships and crafting tailored solutions that redefine patient care. Drive Client Acquisition: Systematically identify and acquire new clients within the Pharma sector, with a focus on the Pharma companies in the EU and US.

Be the Face of smartpatient: Represent us at industry events, conferences, and medical congresses, leading impactful meetings and nurturing business opportunities.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Pharma industry, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.

Shape Sales Strategy: Contribute to defining and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the unique dynamics of the Pharma market.

Expand Market Potential: Identify emerging opportunities and market trends to guide business expansion. Use insights to refine targeting strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored materials, proposals, and strategies for effective negotiations.
Must-haves
-
3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales Management or Business Development, with a proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior-level sales role.

Established network within the Pharma industry, particularly with Top 25 Pharma companies in the EU and US.

Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales strategies with broader organizational objectives.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively seal deals with large clients and partners.

Customer-centric mindset, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering value through tailored sales approaches.

Fluent English (primary working language) for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and to stay informed on industry trends.
