Team Assistant (d/f/m) Business Development Support
Brussels | immediately | 20 - 40 Stunden/Woche | WIR-64
We are looking for a dedicated person to help us strengthen our Service & Support Team as a Team Assistant (d/f/m) for Business Development Support. This position is at the Prognos office in Brussels, Belgium (Residence Palace, Rue de la Loi 155). To ensure a good working environment, the Assistant will be the central contact for the EU-Services team, in close coordination with relevant departments at the other Prognos locations in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. In the following tasks you will support the team, a.o.:
- CVs & References: Maintain and update team members' CVs to ensure alignment with project needs and client requirements. Organise and manage project references and client testimonials for use in proposals and presentations.
- Website Support: Support content updates to our website, ensuring accurate information and liaising with the IT team.
- Event support: Assist with the planning and coordination of customer events, including logistics invitations and materials preparation.
- You have strong organisational skills: proactive working style, ability to work independently, cooperative and reliable.
- Fluent in English and French. An understanding of German would be an advantage.
- You are a good team player who can fit into a young and dynamic team.
- You have a basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a willingness to
- learn more (e.g., basic troubleshooting skills including simple office IT problems).
- You have a background in office administration and management or similar/equivalent work experience that covers the above tasks.
