  • Initial establishment of a central and standardized reporting system in the Business Unit Building Technologies of Robert Bosch GmbH – e.g., based on SAC and SAP Datasphere.
  • Definition, modeling, and implementation of the data model and reporting processes in close collaboration with process managers and business unit representatives; creation of meaningful reports.
  • Development and implementation of the overarching data strategy and AI strategy for the business unit.
  • Point of contact within the business unit for centrally implemented solutions and processes in the areas of Analytics and AI.
  • Requirements management: capturing and analyzing customer requirements, structuring, prioritizing, and visualizing dependencies; creating business and technical solution concepts for the implementation of requirements.
  • Coordination and ensuring the operational operation and global services as a Shared Service Center.

  • Education: Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of reporting processes in SAP. Strong knowledge in data modeling and data visualization, as well as expertise in SAP BW/BI. Ideally, initial experience with SAC and/or Datasphere. Additionally, solid understanding of data structures in S/4. Ability to translate business requirements into IT concepts and development specifications. Experience in collaborating between business departments and IT.
  • Personality and Working Style: Excellent methodological and communication skills, as well as a strong drive for innovation and a goal- and result-oriented working approach. Furthermore, assertiveness, persuasiveness, and the ability to structure complex processes. An independent, proactive, and responsible work style, with the willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Very good command of English, good knowledge of German is desirable.
