What you do

  • Supports the team in various data-related tasks, e.g. reporting, dashboards etc. (People Analytics)

  • Supports in creating and implementing the global learning strategy

  • Prepares talent management discussions and reports

  • Supports the nomination, preparation and follow-up of career transition programs

  • Contributes to the realization of our defined Strategic Workforce Planning actions

  • Supports the Learning & Talent Development Manager in designing and rolling out learning offers


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled as a student in (business) psychology, business administration, economics or related studies

  • Good knowledge and understanding of creating concepts, tools and techniques for change and learning

  • Solution-oriented and thorough working style, with a good eye for details and design

  • Proficient data analytics and IT skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data management proficiency

  • Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can-do attitude

  • Experience in HR of a global organization, ideally in Learning & Development would be appreciated

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to learn fast
