Process Analyst – Working Student (m/f/d)


  • Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop relevant processes and technologies to optimize the bank's internal operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
  • Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes
  • Monitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments
  • Support on creation of process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
  • Provide support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and best practices

  • Master Studies within Management, Economics, Business Informatics, IT or similar fields
  • Knowledge and experience in indirect procurement is a plus
  • Advanced English language skills, German language capability is a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Applications (eg. Excel, Powerpoint and Visio), JIRA and Confluence, and any other required application or platform to conduct sourcing and compliance task.
