- Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements
- Thoroughly analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Serve as the crucial link between business departments to ensure transparency and alignment with business expectations; organize and lead ad hoc workshops to elicit and structure information as needed
- Evaluate and participate in the selection of cutting-edge technology solutions that support business objectives while staying abreast of the latest industry trends
- Conduct and coordinate comprehensive user testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field and strong experience in SAP ERP implementation and optimization projects
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
- Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience leading organizations through significant technological and process changes
- Capable of inspiring teams and driving projects to successful completion
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
