For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a
Business Continuity Manager (m/f/d)
- Implement BCM policy to help us drive Lloyds Bank GmbH's operational resilience
- Conduct relevant analyses, developing (implementation) plans for BCM, such as business continuity plans, crisis communication plans and recovery plans, and methods to test plans via simulations and/or desktop walkthroughs
- Promote awareness and train the organization by providing guidance, offering workshops/trainings, constructively challenging the quality of the BCM deliverables and fostering BCM culture
- Monitor the coherence between the departments (1st LoD and 2nd LOD) involved in Business Continuity Management and provide insight into the status of BCM risks
- Develop and maintain LBG GmbH's Business Continuity Management framework and life cycle together with the respective 1st LoD departments
- Assess developments in Lloyds Bank GmbH (Projects, request for changes etc,) and advise the departments and management involved
- Determine and implement BCM measures as well track monitoring in our risk framework system RCSA
- Introduce and maintain BCM agreements with 3rd party suppliers, including exit strategy and testing
- University degree or level of thinking
- Directly applicable theoretical and practical knowledge in the BCM domain and/or Crisis Management
- Several years of experience in advising at a strategic level in a complex environment
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Presentation skills: e.g. performing scenario testing as well as giving trainings/workshops
- Excellent knowledge of the various German (MaRisk AT 7.3 and AT4) and Dutch regulatory requirements, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
- English / German or Dutch language
