The offer ranges from financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rental, fleet management to digital services for charging and payment, the brokerage of insurance and innovative mobility services.

This year, Mercedes-Benz Mobility will once again focus on the 5 strategic dimensions of MBM 2025, one of which is Electrify our future. On the way to "electric only", charging is a decisive factor. That's why we are taking a consistent step forward as a company: We are building a Mercedes-Benz high-performance charging network. We want charging at Mercedes-Benz to be a special customer experience. In order to build up this holistic charging ecosystem as quickly as possible, we are establishing a new charging unit at MBM that consists of three pillars: Charging in public (@Public), at home (@Home) and in the business sector (@Company/depot).

Our Charging Unit is responsible for the business development of the digital charging service Mercedes me Charge and our Mercedes-Benz High Power Charging Network. In this way, we offer Mercedes-Benz customers access to the public charging infrastructure in the markets in Europe, America and Asia. In addition, the team is responsible for various cross-cutting topics such as green charging and data analytics, acting as an interface between the internal departments of vehicle and software development, marketing/sales, communication, quality, legal and international external partners. We are a highly motivated team that helps shape the mobility of tomorrow through a lot of dynamism, creative approaches and agile methods.

In this role...

  • you will be involved in the development of holistic (digital) customer solutions for charging services and charging infrastructure in all use cases
  • you will work independently in various subject areas related to international product rollouts, further development of digital customer products as well as in the steering of marketing and communication
  • you will create competitor analyses, strategic decision documents and top management briefings
  • you will work in the moderation of workshops and management meetings with internal and external international partners
