Infopro Digital, a B2B group specializing in information and technology, is currently looking for a Area Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team on a permanent contract on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for strengthening our brand Infopro Digital Automotive in Germany

The challenge awaiting you:
The German operation based in Hattersheim am Main is hiring an Area Sales Representative who is responsible for selling products or services in the assigned D.A.CH region. The holder of this position is self-motivated and proactive in identifying and seeking out customers, understanding their needs and pain-points, and then offering solutions to the group to address those needs. The Area Sales Representative is characterised by professional management of the sales pipeline, constantly expanding it and concentrating on closing business opportunities in order to achieve the targets set.
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships in the Automotive Aftermarket sector
- Advising and selling our IT and data solutions and services to customers on site and in digital meetings
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Management and IT to develop customized solutions
- Analyzing the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Attending trade shows, events and training courses to expand the network and represent our company
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally specializing in IT or Automotive, or a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration).
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector or in the Automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a convincing demeanour.
- Technical understanding and affinity for digital data solutions and IT technologies.
- Independent, structured way of working and a high level of self-motivation.
- Travel willingness
- Business fluent in German and English
