How you will contribute
- Monthly control and coordination of payroll results for Germany
- Support of the team with technically relevant settings in e.g. Service Now
- Responsibility for communication with ADP and the management of service requests
- Provision of information for relevant stakeholders in accordance with company agreements
- Management of a 5-person team in the daily work processes of the payroll administrators
- Continue to set up a knowledge database for the German payroll team
- Preparation and provision of payroll-relevant data for local authorities such as the Integration Office, Federal Statistical Office,
- Support with SOX controls and internal and external audits
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Completed, relevant commercial vocational training or similar
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and area of responsibility
- Payroll relevant knowledge of legal frameworks
- Team leader experience
- German fluent level, English advanced level
- MS Office knowledge advanced
