Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer satisfaction in a digital world. We need you to standardize processes and drive innovation!
Your tasks:
You are responsible for establishing a uniform standard for project portfolio management for all national and international CCM programs/projects. You will develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods. You will also manage, coordinate and prioritize international projects and ensure efficient capacity planning. You will act as an interface to project/program boards and report regularly to CCM management/C-level.
Your contribution:
With your overview of national and cross-country projects and initiatives, including cost-benefit, you ensure our strategic approach to project portfolio planning.

Your education:
You have successfully completed a degree or training with a commercial focus.
Your experience:
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in (international) project management and technical leadership experience with cross-functional (international) project teams. An understanding of customer service processes and company procedures is an advantage.
Your skills:
You have a minimum B2 level of English. You have experience in using project management methods (e.g. lean, scrum, waterfall, project scorecard, project plan) and are able to make decisions based on business cases. Your entrepreneurial and holistic way of thinking as well as your analytical skills (reporting, data, success criteria for project management, etc.) round off your profile.
Your soft skills:
You are very experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment. And you have a strong customer focus.
