We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Working Student to join our BU Automotive B2B marketing team and support digital and non-digital marketing activities across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with the regional marketing team to help execute yearly marketing programs for selected market segments. You will play an essential role in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, websites, CRM, and account-based marketing. This position offers hands-on experience in a global company, with opportunities to gain insights into various aspects of marketing, campaign management, and data-driven strategies.
- Assist with digital and non-digital marketing activities for annual programs targeting European market segments.
- Contribute to account-based marketing strategies designed for specific customer groups.
- Support the creation, localization, and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, social media, and email platforms.
- Adapt and customize marketing assets for local markets, ensuring content is optimized for lead generation and regional relevance.
- Help plan and execute customer-facing events, including trade shows, tech days, and HQ visits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and leverage CRM data to support personalized communication and targeted outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify insights and optimize marketing strategies.
Must-Haves
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Previous experience as an intern or working student in marketing or digital media.
- Exposure to event coordination or support, including vendor and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of CRM systems for data management and targeted outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
