Officer/Specialist Inquiry HR Services - Dutch speaker

Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Belgium. We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented Inquiry officer to join our Belgian team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You ensure that questions from Belgian employees on HR related issues are answered promptly via phone and e-mail.
- For this you are in close cooperation with our local HR Business Partners in Belgium as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and our technical providers.
- You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
- You prepare and handle the monthly HR processes and implement, improve and maintain administrative processes in SAP HR and other systems.
- You also collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our EMEA Region HR teams.
- You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have finished your studies in a relevant field.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, German is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office applications. Experience with IT systems, especially SAP is a plus.
- You are a team player and work in a well-organized manner and communicate clearly and effectively.
- You enjoy working in international environments.
- You are good at planning and organizing, friendly and service-oriented towards customers and local partners.
- Moreover, you are a proactive and entrepreneurial personality and you enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success bringing up new ideas and projects.
- A first relevant working experience in the field of HR administration is an advantage.
