To support our expansion, we are strengthening our sales department with a new

Sales Manager for DACH


You will work autonomously and strategically to build and maintain business relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As a driven and opportunity-focused individual, you will target new customers while leveraging existing large and small references. You will be responsible for the entire sales process and engage with a wide range of potential customers.
Your consultative approach with large accounts will require perseverance and long-term commitment, while you also enjoy closing short-term smaller deals.

You may also be assigned customers from other markets and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities across Acapela Group's product range, with a primary focus on the ‘Transport' sector, alongside ‘Customer Interaction' and ‘Inclusive'.
  • Develop strategies to achieve customer goals and drive business growth.
  • Respond to qualified customer inquiries, contributing to the development of your customer portfolio.
  • Report to the ‘Head of Market Transport'.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software technology licensing or as a supplier in the railway/automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to handle complex technical products and customized projects.
  • Strong drive and capability to work effectively in a dynamic small team environment.
  • Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional visits to the German Acapela Office near Landsberg am Lech. Business travel within Germany and to Acapela offices in Belgium, France, and Sweden, as well as other European and international destinations, will be required.
  • Positive, curious, energetic, and creative personality with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Self-confident and sales-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and quality, eager to drive business and company growth.
