Come join a fantastic team! Are you passionate about partnering with people leaders and employees to deliver a great HR experience in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced and driven HR professional who can provide HR expertise and business partnership to a diverse group of managers and employees. As HR Business Partner you will be a trusted sparring partner to selected teams within our Operations function in Germany.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to partner with selected managers and their teams at our sites in Mannheim and Wetzlar to understand needs, challenges and goals to translate into effective HR solutions in line with employment law, best practice, HR policies and DHR processes. Support talent strategies to grow associate development, leadership and organizational capabilities while collaborating with key talent across the supported functions.
  • Execute various key HR processes along the employee Life Cycle including talent management, talent development, employee engagement, retention, performance management, sickness management, recruiting support, onboarding, terminations, organizational development, diversity/equity/inclusion and compensation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for overarching HR matters and initiatives at our Mannheim location. Support, drive and implement general site initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Effective utilization of tools like daily & visual management and use of HR data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, issues, and root causes within the area of responsibility, and to initiate countermeasures.
  • Work on various HR projects and support the continuous improvement/digitalization of HR processes. Partner closely with internal interfaces (e.g. other HR BPs, HR Delivery team and other HR COEs, Talent Acquisition Partners, local works council, etc.).
  • Willingness to regularly commute between our offices in Mannheim and Wetzlar, as part of a day business trip (pool car provided).

  • University Degree in relevant discipline and multiple years of experience as HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, ideally in a fast-paced industrial environment with complex matrix structures.
  • Solid expertise across the entire employee life cycle including talent management principles. Ideally experience in managing change.
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and experience in working with work councils.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people leaders and employees.
  • Fluent in German and English language.
