Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x)

Working Hours: Full-time employee

Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.
Our team continues to grow and we are looking for energetic Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x) at our branch office in Billigheim to take our national customer support and advice to our sales representatives to the next level. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not like any other company. - Supporting and advising our national customers and processing customer orders and inquiries
- Preparation of quotations and orders in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Working closely with our sales representatives
- Documentation and forwarding of customer service orders
- Administrative activities such as maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales, customer service or as a internal sales (m/f/x) desirable
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
