  • Support the management team and take over responsibility for the project organization of medium and large-scale strategy and transformation projects
  • Manage cross-functional projects with footprint in e.g. business development, logistics, sustainability as well as develop projects with clear objectives, timelines, and cost considerations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals
  • Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery
  • Identify key potentials and risks in projects, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively, facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure the project quality in the company

  • A professional, ideally with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment; preferably with additional experience beyond project management
  • Excellent master's degree in business administration, or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant work experience - ideally in consulting and international business environment with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one further language of an MMS Sales country like Spanish or Italian
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment
