Join our dynamic Global People Team and play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey!

You will support a Global People Team digital transformation project. The goal of this project is to harmonize people processes across the organization and support a new way of working via a digital cloud system.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support in the field of project management, such as organizing workshops, creating slide decks, and communicating and aligning with team members.
  • Be part of our change management team and support several change activities, including brainstorming actions and initiatives to support a successful implementation, conceiving and delivering project team events, and further developing the project branding.
  • Get to know SAP SuccessFactors as part of our functional workstream, supporting workshop preparations and documentation for each project phase.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues from both the People Team and our business.
  • Assist the Global People Team in day-to-day operations.

  • Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program in HR, business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational skills, especially in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong team orientation, sense of intercultural awareness, and the ability to apply a global mindset.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
