Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Lead Generation Specialist at StarBoard Solution, you'll have the opportunity to turn leads into successful sales, actively hunt for new opportunities, and grow your career through hands-on mentorship from industry experts. This is not a job for someone looking for generic "chat-gpt" replies—this role demands tenacity and a relentless drive to follow up, engage, and close deals. You will play a crucial part in our sales team, hunting down and nurturing opportunities, traveling with us to industry shows, and turning prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Leads: Hunt for new business opportunities through proactive methods like cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Follow-Up Relentlessly: Consistently follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. You will call, email, and message until you've converted that lead into a sale.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess the needs of potential clients and determine how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach, ensuring alignment on targets and strategies.
- Maintain CRM: Accurately track and update all lead information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Travel for Industry Shows: Attend trade shows and industry events with the team, representing StarBoard and meeting with potential clients face-to-face.
- Must have an EU passport or valid work visa (due to travel requirements).
- Fluency in German (C1 level minimum) and English. Additional languages (Spanish or Italian) are a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable on the phone, via email, and in person.
- A proactive and tenacious mindset—this role is all about hunting down opportunities and pushing them through to a successful sale.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Interest in technology and IT products, especially interactive displays and digital tools, is a plus.
- A genuine drive to work in sales and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Willingness to travel—this role will require frequent travel to events across Europe, sometimes on short notice.
- Commission will be on every first deal and then back to hunting always motivated to get the first deal!
