We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Operational Controlling Analytics for a period of 4 to 6 months at our headquarters in Mannheim.


  • Supporting the implementation of quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business to analyse performance and to steer/recognize the impact of actions.
  • Maintenance and further developing of Power BI reports to monitor performance KPIs (e.g. Productivity, Free-to-sell rate, Average transaction value).
  • Preparation of ad-hoc PowerBI reports and analyses to answer important business questions.
  • Regular coordination with internal stakeholders as part of key administrative processes.
  • Supporting collaboration with business partners to ensure the provision and appropriate analysis of relevant data.
  • Collaboration with European subsidiaries regarding data quality and data completeness.
  • Continuously optimization and automation of data processes and analytical workflows.

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, computer science, business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, or comparable training.
  • Advanced knowledge of frontend applications (PowerBI).
  • First relevant professional experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize complex projects and motivate yourself independently while meeting precise deadlines and targets.
  • Confident, enthusiastic demeanor with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders fluently in English and German.
