or our lead brand GARDENA, we are looking for a Brand Communication Manager who will further develop our communication strategy, translate it into creative terms and actively drive it forward.


Applicants must have several years of experience with proven success in the area of communication strategy in a central marketing function.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop strong GARDENA communication strategies for our international key launches incl. creative concept and story flow for the related campaigns
  • Development of GARDENA content strategies and messaging for the entire funnel in coordination with our regions
  • Project management of classic and digital advertising campaigns: Briefings, strategic evaluation of creative concepts, agency management, support for photo and film productions
  • Measurable increase in sales and customer lifetime value through permanent optimization of brand assets
  • Monitoring and evaluation of concepts and campaigns through market research

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing or media or communication design or social media
  • Strong strategic background and experience in brand communication in central, strategic marketing for a strong brand
  • Experience with various relevant market research methods
  • Experience in the development of strategic creative concepts
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English, other foreign languages such as German, French or Spanish desirable
  • Conceptual and pragmatic thinking
  • Strong presentation skills
