Participate in the interdisciplinary, strategic HR team "People & Culture Global Standards"

Support the implementation of strategic HR standards, tools and processes with the local HR teams

Participate in international projects, including the design and implementation of a job architecture, development of SAP SuccessFactors, etc.

Cooperate on exciting topics in the area of global Compensation & Benefits, career paths, job grading, benchmarking, preparation of reports and analyses on the subject of remuneration and benefits, and further development of remuneration-related processes

Prepare special topics independently

Registered student (m/f/d) in an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources

Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power Point

First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage
