In this role you will contribute to the development, execution, and rollout of the global sales excellence training strategy of ZEISS Meditec for Ophthalmology and Microsurgery which includes Sales Process Training, Soft skills Training for Service and Sales as well as the delivery of Account Management and Sales Management Training.
The primary tasks that you will be responsible for are:

Develop and maintain together with other team members an overarching strategic plan of all existing and upcoming Sales Excellence training initiatives

Being responsible for assessing and identifying the company's sales excellence training needs

Establish, carry out, and maintains a constant sales excellence training program

Building a robust global Train the Trainer network, with ongoing updates and communication to guarantee that Sales Excellence topics are delivered in a high-quality manner

Identify the training needs for sales excellence by examining sales results reports, conversing with sales managers and PC managers, and conducting interviews with global counterparts.

Elevate training effectiveness by regularly inventing new approaches and digital training techniques

Coordinate and push forward projects regarding Sales Excellence training and set up agile teams to drive and realize milestones in connection with those projects

Collaborate and partnership closely with business development, HQ stakeholders, PC managers and sales managers, the training managers as well as external agencies for content development

Master's degree in business management or similar, or medical science, medical technology, or engineering science

At least 3 years of advantageous experience in the medical field in a role that engages with customers, particularly in Sales or Application functions

Specialization in the medical technology industry, preferred in Ophthalmology and recurring business

Experience in Sales Excellence training and strategy

Analytical skills combined with strategic thinking

Courageous team player with a pragmatic mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in an international environment

Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural competencies

Robust communication capabilities, fluent in English (in both writing and speaking)
