For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a
Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)
- Monitoring, controlling and maintaining of project documentation (using MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Assisting with set-up and project planning and with the tracking of the project progress to ensure that project goal is aligned and executed
- Contributing to risk identification and issues, support development of mitigation strategies and drive resolutions
- Effectively communicating project statuses to stakeholders at various levels
- Creating presentations to update stakeholders (including top management)
- Assisting with required project governance
- Supporting in further development and design of governance and reporting processes
- Preparing face-to-face team meetings and workshops
- Being a sparring partner to the project manager for driving the project's success
- Bachelor- or master's degree (e.g. Business Administration or related field) or comparable vocational training with several years of professional experience in project assistance
- First professional experience in project management and/or project controlling, ideally in the banking, financial service industry
- At least basic knowledge of project management concepts, processes, methodologies, tools and technologies. Familiarity with agile project management is a plus
- MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
