As Golding sets its sights on growth, we are seeking a IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) to bolster our committed IT Team at our Munich location at the earliest opportunity.

- Conduct cross-organisational analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into IT requirements in alignment with our application architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, architecture and IT capabilities.
- Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.
- Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and improvements.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and cross-organisational projects.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Professional level of English; at least basic knowledge of German is an advantage for effective communication.
