Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer (m/f/d)

- Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to support the organization's business processes
- Configure the CRM platform to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to standard functionalities and best practices; integrate the CRM system with other business applications
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure high availability and performance, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with the Support Engineer to ensure smooth handover and support of CRM functionalities, and provide necessary technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security configuration within standard functionalities
- Experience with data integration tools and technique to connect CRM to other systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
