AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig.   • Preparation of operational reports and performance analysis within the debt collection
  • Further development of cross-departmental management reports
  • Design of new functions and reports within BI tools
  • Monitoring, controlling and reporting of the receivables portfolio
  • Optimisation of controlling processes and reports
  • Interface function to specialised departments, especially property and asset management
  • Ad hoc reportings for top management

  • B.A. Controlling & Finance, Economics or similar
  • Professional experience in controlling
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a meticulous way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong affinity with numbers, IT and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment, team spirit and initiative
  • Good written and verbal English language skills
  • Enthusiasm and an open mindset towards changes
