You will be joining an organization that has treated 500.000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.

To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior CRM Manager.
As Senior CRM Manager B2B at Oviva, you will be part of the CRM team and report to the CRM Lead while working closely with our Business Development Team and our Product and Engineering Team. This is an exciting role at the interface between our Business Development Team and Product and Engineering Team. You will be responsible for implementing and improving automated processes to generate and convert B2B leads. Our CRM technology stack is based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salescloud, both of which are fully integrated with our core digital products.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and implement projects to automate B2B journeys (for physicians) through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration and coordination with other teams.
  • Create and manage automations that use multiple data sources for campaigns
  • Integrate data from B2B sales and marketing campaigns into customer records
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and automations.
  • Work with our product and development team to improve the setup and data quality of our CRM to meet business needs
  • Stay up to date on the features of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and communicate any new features or changes to the organization.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B/SaaS environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
  • An analytical approach coupled with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • An empathetic attitude to understand the needs of our customers (doctors and patients)
  • Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Sound knowledge of relational databases and database queries using SQL
  • Good practical experience in data analysis and visualization and the use of corresponding tools such as Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (B2).

Desirable:
  • Growth-oriented mindset and experience in implementing lead generation and conversion campaigns in the B2B/SaaS environment
  • Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
