Site Manager – Mechanical Assembly (m/f/d)
- For plant construction projects, you'll be responsible for the entire on-site mechanical installation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- As a mechanical supervisor (m/f/d), you'll independently prepare and fulfill all mechanical instructions to meet project execution
- You'll supervise and control mechanical installation activities, ensuring quality management and compliance with company standards
- Ensuring compliance with technical regulations and legal obligations will be your part of responsibility, making sure that all requirements are fulfilled, as well as the local health and safety regulations and Knauf internal regulations
- You'll assist site meetings and supervise all external installation companies including local hired personnel
- You possess an education as a mechanic/ fitter, technician, or have an appropriate degree with a relevant background that provides you with the technical expertise
- With your extensive knowledge in the assembly and commissioning experience of production lines in an industrial environment, you bring excellent practical skills to the role
- Your expertise in international assignments and people management allows you to effectively lead teams and ensure that mechanical installations are completed on time and within budget
- A willingness to travel globally characterizes you, with a commitment to at least 60% travel, which is integral to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role
- Your exceptional English skills, along with knowledge of other languages such as German, will be highly advantageous
