For our company LGCEG we are looking for EP Application Engineer (Plastic) (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible.
What you will be doing:
• Pursuit new project initiatives or business opportunities by technical proposal to customer
• Project management and coordination with customer from concept design to life cycle management
• Presentation of the technical details at the customer, technical conferences.
• Support the customer to solve the technical problems during development and after SOP
• Structural CAE analysis of plastics parts for automotive & E&E (Electric&Electronics) applications
• CAD(CATIA) capability is beneficial
• Information exchange and global coordination with LG Chem overseas offices
What you will bring:
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience with CAE analysis
• Experience ideally in Altair Hyperworks, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Digimat software, CATIA is preferred
• Enthusiasm to expand the personal technical capability from conventional mechanical engineering to injection molding and plastic material
• Experience ideally in automotive industry is preferred
• Good MS Office skill, especially Powerpoint
• Skilled at handling multiple priorities with ease
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
