The Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) supports the Generali Group in optimizing its digital services, its service quality and the creation of synergies. GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.
As a DORA consultant (m/f/d) you will support all regulatory tasks in strong alignment with German customer (Generali Deutschland) and all GOSP international supporting departments. We are looking for you in one of our locations in Cologne, Aachen or Hamburg.
- Monitor and integrate: You coordinate the regulatory environment for the GOSP LCTO DE and our customers, in particular, you are the interface for inquiries from our customers Generali Deutschland, GD-IT, Cosmos and Badenia regarding regulatory coordination tasks. Your focus is on the operational integration of audit measures and internal controls, among other things.
- Set standards: You develop new compliance / audit goals at the GOSP-LCTO DE level for the German group company Generali Deutschland, GD-IT, Cosmos & Badenia.
- Minimize risks: You identify, evaluate and minimize audit findings in close cooperation with the operational units.
- Promote awareness: You advise and train our technical departments on regulatory issues and actively contribute to promoting a culture of audit and compliance.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar education
- Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Operational Management and Compliance
- In-depth knowledge of ISAE, FARG, ISO27001, DORA, VAIT and other regulatory ICS
- Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
- High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Team spirit and willingness to travel on business
