- Support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA as a core
- Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration in terms of sales, costs, contribution margin and other financial KPIs
- Support strategic manufacturer partnerships
- Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers
- Strongly interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, pricing, procurement, logistics and e-commerce
- Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration
- Enable key account activities and e-commerce offers
- Create and provide training for internal stakeholders such as sales, key accounting and customer experience
- 5+ years of experience in refrigeration
- Relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and/or equipment and component manufacturers
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, (other languages are an advantage)
- 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential
- Relevant educational background (f. e. master's degree in engineering and/or business)
- Willingness to travel internationally (<30%)
