  • Support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA as a core
  • Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration in terms of sales, costs, contribution margin and other financial KPIs
  • Support strategic manufacturer partnerships
  • Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers
  • Strongly interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, pricing, procurement, logistics and e-commerce
  • Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration
  • Enable key account activities and e-commerce offers
  • Create and provide training for internal stakeholders such as sales, key accounting and customer experience

  • 5+ years of experience in refrigeration
  • Relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and/or equipment and component manufacturers
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken, (other languages are an advantage)
  • 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential
  • Relevant educational background (f. e. master's degree in engineering and/or business)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (<30%)
