- You work with colleagues on complex projects in strategy consulting and provide impactful solutions for businesses and functions across BASF.
- You identify potential for improvement in each project and advise the management team in an emphatic and competent manner.
- From Day 1, you will apply your skills and contribute your ideas in running projects.
- Throughout all project phases, you communicate in a clear and open manner with all parties involved.
- Our end-to-end consulting services allow you to accompany a project from start to finish.

Ideally, you bring the following experiences and competencies to the team:
- Mandatory: professional experience in strategic consulting and project work in a (global) strategy consulting firm. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you start as Manager (3-5 years) or Senior Manager (5-7 years)
- proven expertise in project management methods as well as consulting methodologies and approaches
- excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
- convincing and competent behavior in client interactions
- open-minded and inclusive attitude, reliable team player
- international work experience is a plus
- Hybrid Work: We practice location-independent work models (flexible minimum number of office days in Ludwigshafen; only valid for residents in Germany).
