Financial Controller Software (m/f/d)

We are looking for new colleagues to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team as a Financial Controller.   • Demonstrate your passion for growth by setting up our finance and controlling function for our software as a services offerings.
  • Leverage your expertise in software and subscription businesses to develop impactful financial reports and processes and drive our software business forward.
  • Create financial presentations and share your results with the executives and management board.
  • Employ your analytical thinking to review monthly profit and loss as well as cash reports.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to ensure the country subsidiaries of Simon-Kucher Engine submit monthly reports, provide guidance to the managing director and finance teams in each country subsidiary when required.
  • Put your keen eye for detail to ensure financial compliance with our group directives.
  • Use your software expertise to develop our financial reporting processes in SAP BI.
  • Become part of the global Simon-Kucher Finance network developing our business and finance processes (e.g., introducing a document management system, conducting SAP integration for more country subsidiaries).

  • You have a background and experience in finance/accounting/controlling in the software industry.
  • You understand the needs and particularities of subscription businesses regarding finance and controlling.
  • You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mindset.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment where you listen to others' perspectives and share your own.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
  • You know how to use accounting, reporting and ERP software (ideally including SAP CO, PS, SD, BI, or SAP front-end tools).
