  • Ensuring the success of retail media campaigns of our partners
  • Create meaningful insights based on campaign and market data to make our clients successful
  • Work directly with agencies and industry partners and support our national and international sales teams
  • Develop and execute media strategies for existing and upcoming clients
  • Develop and execute optimization strategies for campaigns of existing clients
  • Develop media strategy and media plan proposals
  • Utilize reporting data to identify opportunities for upselling
  • Oversee and evaluate media campaigns, delivering campaign results
  • Analyze the impact of Retail Media on Business KPIs
  • Compare campaign performance between MMS countries
  • Optimize campaigns on a day-to-day basis
  • Meetings with clients (industry partners and agencies) to discuss campaign results, reporting/KPIs as well as upcoming campaigns
  • Ensuring the quality of campaign results (CPC, ROAS, upsell)
  • In close cooperation with the Advertising Sales team, you will ensure an increase in customer loyalty and satisfaction and identify upselling potential
  • You will act as an interface between the national and international Retail Media Sales teams and central campaign management
  • Cross-departmental coordination and communication with Product, Sales, Vendor Strategy and Tech teams across countries

  • Graduation in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
  • Several years of experience and success in digital marketing
  • Experience and success in sales environments
  • Expertise in campaign management and optimization (retail media, SEA, etc.)
  • Good understanding of ad server, DSP, SSP and analytics systems
  • Experience in working in an international team / matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital advertising products
  • Very good understanding of retail media / programmatic and data driven advertising products and their value propositions
  • Operationally agile to succeed in a fast paced, new and rapidly growing business environment
  • Quick comprehension of complex contexts and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Italian, Spanish or Polish speaking skill are a plus)
