/ You develop a roadmap for and manage sales support tools, methods, and processes

/ With your prioritisation of business requirements and initiative on development for applicable CRM systems, quotation tools, back-office systems, you support local implementations and drive the harmonisation within the Business Units (BUs)
/ You drive projects and develop new offerings for MFS including taking an active role in supporting the business units
/ Your representation in cross-functional work safeguards the financial service perspective and secures development activities in line with future objectives, trends, and markets demands
/ You perform market analysis and report findings to the management team
/ You drive the close collaboration between our BUs and with TFS Operations, TFS Digital&IT, and MAN Truck & Bus


/ Completed university degree (Master, Diploma) with a focus on Business Administration or Economics
/ At least five years of professional experience in business or sales development - preferably at an OEM, a leasing / financial services company or a bank; Knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector preferred
/ Very good understanding from working with sales processes, systems, and tools as well as respective finance and insurance products
/ Broad experience in product and concept development, as well as in digital transformation and change management
/ Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility
/ Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential
