Senior Controller (m/f/non-binary) - Global Investments & Valuations

  • Managing group controlling with a focus on global capital allocation and investment appraisal
  • Conducting project specific analysis and review of investment initiatives for strategic feasibility, financing and profitability
  • Providing decision-making by the Group's global management
  • Developing analyses, reports and data structures to monitor our global investment portfolio

  • University-level degree with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of experience in group controlling and reporting
  • Proven experience assessing investments and profitability analyses
  • Knowledge of IFRS is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP, IBM Cognos Controller and comparable systems is a plus
  • Project experience is beneficial, e.g. Involving implementation of controlling tools
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English
  • Quick grasp of new concepts, strong conceptual and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of analyzing and making strategic capital allocation decisions that resulted in tangible financial improvements or growth in previous organizations
  • Hands-on experience conducting comprehensive investment appraisals, including assessing risks and returns of major projects
  • Successfully guiding senior management on key investment decisions, supported by detailed analyses
