The team Global Market Performance Management Vans is responsible for the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) portfolio, and hence Sales globally. We spearhead new revenue generation and capitalize on untapped markets, new products and business models putting best customer experience in the center of our decision in order to catalyze loyalty and growth.
Your tasks will be:
- Support Market Managers in their tasks with markets / Market & Sales performance steering
- Monthly Sales Reporting in close coordination with stakeholders from neighboring departments
- Responsibility of maintenance and advancement of global quarterly Sales program overview
- Collaborate cross-functionally in strategic initiatives that have a high impact on Sales performance
- Proactively prepare regular and ad-hoc tasks to provide information to the management about recent developments to enable decision making
- You are a student of Bachelor/ Master in Economics / Marketing / Management / Finance or comparable field of study
- You are passionate about what you do and you have excellent English skills
- You have advanced skills in MS Office applications; especially you know how to prepare meaningful analysis and presentations for management level.
- You are a team player and engaged with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
- You are self-driven and motivated for working in an international environment
- Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive or similar
